Information you provide
Our inspection form requires your name, phone number, property address and a description of your needs. Your email is optional. If you select an active insurance claim, you may optionally provide the claim number, insurance provider and adjuster name, phone and email. Only share information you are authorized to provide. Do not send policy documents, payment details, Social Security numbers or credit applications.
How we use it
We use submitted information to respond, confirm service availability and discuss inspections or requested work. Optional claim and adjuster information helps organize construction documentation and project communication. A submission does not sign you up for automated marketing texts. The Text Us button opens your device’s messaging app; standard message and data rates may apply. It is not an embedded live chat and replies depend on availability. We do not sell information collected through this form.
Service providers and security
Our hosting and technical service providers process form information to operate the website. Access is limited to authorized people and service providers who need it. We may disclose information when legally required. We apply technical safeguards, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.
Cookies and technical data
The form uses a short-lived, single-use security token and an automated browser challenge to help prevent fraudulent submissions. Technical request information may be processed for security and rate limiting. This website does not install advertising trackers or analytics cookies. The hosting provider may use its own security cookies.
Retention and your choices
We retain inquiry information while needed to respond, manage requested work or meet legal obligations. Contact us to request access, correction or deletion; some records may need to be retained for legal or business obligations.
